Promise of a Future was a very popular album released by Hugh Masekela in 1968, and it has the #1 hit Grazing in the Grass. This was the eighth studio album from the South African trumpeter and was recorded in Los Angeles a year after Masekela performed at the Monterey Pop Festival. The horns and interesting vocals are everything on this album.
