The KLF – 3 A.M. Eternal 12″

I’m a big fan of the The KLF, the highest selling singles band of 1991, due in no small part to this 12″. Along with 808 State, The KLF brought acid house to Europe and was a success in the U.S. too. 3 A.M. Eternal is a rave classic, and a great example of the sound in the UK in the early 90s, but far more polished. This is the Live at the SSL version, which likely accounts for the great sound. The B-side Guns of Mu Mu mix is pretty good too. This U.S. version includes Klonk Blip Every Trip and the Wayward Dub mix. Paid $3 for this single, and would pay it again, 90’s acid house is a must-buy for me and this is one of the classics.
